Door Church ATL ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website to share information about our church and help people connect with our community. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through the following forms:

• Contact form — name, email address, and your message.
• Plan Your Visit form — name, email address, and any notes you include.
• Baptism interest form — name, email address, phone number (optional), and any notes you include.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this site, and we do not collect any information passively from visitors who do not submit a form.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through forms is used solely to respond to your request or follow up with you about your interest in our church. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

How We Store Your Information

Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets, a cloud-based spreadsheet service. Google's privacy practices are described in their Privacy Policy. Only authorized church staff have access to this data.

Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services, which may process data according to their own privacy policies:

• CommonNinja — powers the Instagram feed embedded on the Media page. See CommonNinja's Privacy Policy.
• Google Calendar API — used at build time to display upcoming church events. No personal data is sent to Google; only public calendar data is read.
• Google Maps — embedded in event modals to display locations. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
• MinistryForms — powers the online giving form on the Give page. See MinistryForms for their privacy practices.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website. Cloudflare may log request metadata (such as IP addresses) as part of normal network operations. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party except as described above (storage in Google Sheets and the third-party services listed). We may disclose information if required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us by emailing us at hello@dooratl.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
